The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is upon us!
It’s the time we decorate our homes and shop for those special people on our list.
For many of us as REALTORS®, it’s the time to think back at the year and what has been accomplished. It is also a time to look ahead at the new business year and plan accordingly.
As we toured this morning at the new homes for sale in our area and I later checked on my current listings, I realized that the best holiday gift for sellers would be a “SOLD” sign in their front yard.
I wish all sellers the best of luck and look forward to bringing them the gift they really want…their SOLD house!
