What an exciting day for my daughter and for mom!  My Girl has just purchased her first car!  It’s a little funny for me to say it is her first car, but it is!  She is thrilled and I am so happy for her.  After years of her being in College on the East Coast and then living in New York City for four years, she was in need of a vehicle to drive around in Arizona.

It was a night of going back and forth at the dealership, calls to mom and close friends for advice, and finally, mom’s negotiating skills were put to the test.  I live in Washington and my girl is in Arizona, so the negotiating with the car dealer was all done over the phone.  I loved using my career skills to help my daughter.  It workedl! We did it!  She has purchased her first car and she picks it up tomorrow morning!
