Pullman REAL ESTATE 101…your first class in shopping for a home in Pullman.   This is the best time to look for a home in the Pullman community.  The selection is large, the interst rates are good, and I am ready to help you find the house that’s right for you!  A good place to start is to decide what area of town you would like to live in.

There are four hills in Pullman, Sunnyside Hill, Pioneer Hill, Military Hill and College Hill.  They are all great locations to choose from.  Probably the biggest difference in Hills is that College Hill is where Washington State University is located.  There are some great vintage homes near WSU and if you like homes with character and being in the thick of college life, College Hill is definitely the place to be.

Each hill is similar in that each has different styles of homes that include residential homes, condominiums, and townhomes.  Depending on what you’re looking for, you can find the perfect home.  The following is information from the MLS service for Whitman County.  This date shows price statistics on the 96 new listings that have come on the market in the past 30 days.  It shows the DOM (Days on Market) , the lowest price of a property listed, the highest price and the average price of what is for sale.
